Previous sailing experience is required to rent a boat. If you do not have experience we offer lessons and refresher courses. Always call before coming down to check on wind conditions. Bathing suits and sun screen are recommended, as well as some water.
SAILING LESSONS Learn the thrill of sailing on beautiful Calibogue Sound. Try something new and different this year and learn to sail your own boat. Your family will thrill at being so close to the water and nature on a boat powered by nature itself.

The first part of the lesson is spent on land going over parts of the boat, points-ofsail and wind direction while the rest of the time is spent on the water sailing. Lessons are for all ages and required to rent a boat if you have no previous experience. Refresher courses are for those with previous experience but need a little reminder. The cost is an additional $20 on top of the rental rate and is for the first half hour of your rental. You will get wet so bathing suits and sun screen are recommended.
SAILBOAT RIDES Come relax and enjoy the peaceful waters while our experienced sailing instructors glide you around Calibogue Sound. We take a maximum of three passengers, per boat, but you can switch passengers on the beach.
COST: $75 per hour.
